Mr. Muhammad Rashid Hameed
He is a passionate PhD scholar and research associate in Environmental Sciences with over five years of professional experience in Pakistan’s leading automotive industry. Renowned for expertise in occupational health, safety, and environmental management, he has delivered over 10,000 hours of impactful training to workers and executives, promoting safety awareness and operational excellence. Certified in NEBOSH, ISO45001 Lead Auditor, Fire Safety, and First Aid, he specializes in audits, compliance, and cultivating a proactive safety culture.
With multiple research publications in prestigious international journals such as MDPI and Springer, boasting an impact factor exceeding 3.4, he is actively contributing to the advancement of knowledge in health, safety & environment. As an ASP (Associate Safety Professional) and CSP (Certified Safety Professional) aspirant, he is committed to enhancing workplace safety and sustainability through innovation, expertise, and academic excellence.
Miss. Hasna Batool
She has been affiliated with the development sector for the last 23 years. She has over nine years of international experience with UN agencies. This includes: UNDP/New York, UNDP/Fiji Islands, UNDP Asia-Pacific Regional Centre/Colombo, UN Secretariat/Kosovo, and UNOPS/Kuala Lumpur. At national level, she led Aurat Foundation’s Gender Equity Program for nearly six years from 2012 to 2017 at Punjab level. Before joining UNFPA, she worked with Rahnuma-Family Planning Association of Pakistan as Director Program Development and Planning for more than 5 years. Currently she works with United Nations Population Fund Pakistan. She is enrolled as Advocate High Court since 2011. Hasna has expertise in the areas of strategic planning, programs development and implementation and report writing. She has developed and managed programs related to FP and SRH, Gender, access to justice and governance at national and international levels.
In addition, she possesses good research skills and has published work internationally and nationally. This included UNDP Asia-Pacific publication ‘benchmarking national legislation for gender equality’ that reviewed the justice systems of Indonesia, Sri Lanka, Philippines, Pakistan and Vietnam and assessed the extent of their dejure legislative compliance with 16 Articles of CEDAW. Co-authored UNDP Asia-Pacific publication ‘enforcing rights and correcting wrongs’ and 2022 research article on ‘feminization of poverty in urban contexts of Pakistan’.
She holds an M.Phil degree in Gender Studies, Masters in Political Science and a law degree.
Mr. Irfan Shabbir
He brings over 18 years of extensive professional experience in Industrial Relations, Human Resource Management and Road Safety.
He is MBA, IOSH certified with specialization in Human Resource Management and Marketing, Additionally, he is a Gold Medalist in Labor and Corporate Law.
He has conducted numerous workshops and training sessions on a wide array of Road Safety, Industrial Relations Laws, Employment Laws, and HRM with practical applications. His expertise has benefited senior professionals from leading multinational corporations and renowned organizations across Pakistan.
Mr. Abder Rehman
He is a law graduate with 28 years of experience in Administration, Strategic Planning, Road Safety, Security, Crime & Intelligence Analysis, Suspect Profiling, Crime Statistics, and training of trainers of NHMP and other Police force of Pakistan, He has developed a strong foundation in both leadership and analytical roles. His expertise lies in leveraging research and analytical skills, combined with practical police operations knowledge, to make a positive impact on the organization. He has successfully contributed in the capacity of Officer In Charge (OIC) at the middle management level, driving operational effectiveness and enhancing organizational outcomes.
Dr. Inam Gondal
He hold MSc degree in Psychology from Punjab University. He earned a Diploma in Behavioral Psychology from California Institute of Self Development, USA. Additionally, He is a certified National Master Trainer by United Nations Office on Drugs and Crime in Pakistan.
He is a dedicated and accomplished psychology professional with strong educational background. He has diverse experience in Fatigue Management and Anger Management. He empowering individuals with effective coping strategies.
As a Master Trainer he train professionals, coaching leaders to enhance their effectiveness. As Corporate Trainer, he is delivering training programs for diverse industries.
Mr. Sadaqat Alvi
He hold MPhil degree in IR with lot of certification on Road Safety and Safe Driving. He has over 18 years of experience in Traffic Management, Accident Handling, General Administration, Policy Formulation, Road Safety, and Security Management. His expertise includes Training of Trainers, as well as the training and evaluation of MNCs and OMCs.
He has developed strong research and analytical skills combined with practical knowledge of police operations. This experience enables him to effectively contribute to the promotion of a road safety culture in Pakistan.
Mr. Mukhtar Ahmad
He holds a Master’s degree in Islamic Studies and is a Certified ToT Trainer from Consultant & Train (C&T) and NHMP College, Sheikhupura. Additionally, he is certified in Security Intelligence and as a professional trainer by the Pakistan Air Force. With over 40 years of extensive professional experience, he specializes in Road Safety and Defensive Driving Training and has conducted numerous workshops in these fields.
During his 25 years of service with the Pakistan Air Force, he spent 10 years as a Road Safety Trainer, refining his expertise in safety and defensive driving techniques. He also served for 5 years as a Security Intelligence Trainer, further demonstrating his diverse skill set and dedication to safety and security.
